| We grabbed some khao lam and followed a path on the right side, up to the big falls one level up. |

| It was like paradise. |

| We could walk through the cascades, and the water thundered down on our heads and shoulders and backs, like some sort of violent natural massage. There is a rock ledge behind the falls. Christopher and the boys went back there and sat for a while right behind the wall of falling water, with water dribbling and dripping on their heads from above. It was amazing! |

| All good things must come to an end, especially when children are hungry and shivering like crazy, so we walked out again to head back. After this we went ice skating in Chiang Mai until it was dark, if you can believe that! |

| This is where the river that the waterfall is a part of cuts down between the hills, out of sight under all the greenery. So, all in all, it was a great trip! We hope you enjoyed these pictures. |
