Click on "Configure Modes" and make sure the boxes are checked like this:

Style Sheets:

- PageStyle:   the boxes should be checked like this:

...and make sure that you are in "author mode" NOT "user mode":
the third button on the bottom left of the browser window.

This browser is old and obsolete. Do not use it. We no longer test our site in this browser. You must be nuts to use this browser when you could be using Opera.

Don't waste your time with Internet Explorer. It is slow and not up to standard. Try Opera instead.
